1. Introduction

Welcome to MationX Studio. By accessing our platform, Android client, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Automate malicious tasks, spam, or distribute malware.
• Bypass rate limits, scrape sensitive data, or violate the terms of third-party platforms.
• Engage in illegal activities or infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Responsibility: You are strictly and solely responsible for all actions executed by your Android devices via MationX Studio. We provide the automation infrastructure, but the intent and execution of automations rest with you.

3. Service Availability and Data

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. MationX Studio syncs automation flows (Snapshots, Selectors) between the web builder and your mobile devices. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse system resources or API limits.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

MationX offers both Free and Pro plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Affiliate Program

If you participate in the MationX Affiliate Program, you agree to promote the Service ethically. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraud or abusive behavior is detected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MationX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or device malfunction.
