Delete your MationX account

You can permanently delete your MationX account and the data associated with it at any time. This applies to accounts created for MationX Studio and used by the MationX Client Android app.

How to delete your account

The quickest way is in MationX Studio: open My account and use Delete account. This disables your account and signs you out right away.

You can also email [email protected] from the email address on your MationX account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request is genuinely yours and then disable the account for you. There is no charge, and you do not need an active subscription.

You can also unlink your phones first from the app (Settings), though deleting the account removes those links automatically.

What gets deleted

• Account information: your name, email address, username, and authentication identifiers.
• Automations: every project, flow, and saved selector you created.
• Devices: all paired-device records and their details, and the pairing link between your phones and the account.
• Screen snapshots and any on-screen content stored to run your automations.
• Run history and analytics tied to your account.
• Affiliate data associated with your account.

Timing and retention

When you delete your account it is disabled immediately and you are signed out everywhere. Your data is then permanently deleted after 90 days. During that window you can email us to restore the account; after it, deletion is irreversible.

We keep only the minimal records we are legally required to retain (for example, billing and transaction records for tax and accounting), for the period required by law and for no other purpose. These are not used to identify you for any further processing.
